Tickets are now on sale for our upcoming production of Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are Dead. This staged-reading is a special tribute to the brilliant playwright, Tom Stoppard (1937-2025). It’s suitable for ages 16 to adult.
Two minor characters from Shakespeare’s Hamlet — the attendant lords Rosencrantz and Guildenstern — now find themselves at the center of the action. There’s just one problem: They have no idea why they were summoned to Elsinore!
With Tom Stoppard’s trademark comic genius and witty wordplay, our hapless heroes encounter everything from a wandering band of players to a treacherous court of royals … while wondering if they have any control over their own fate.
The show will also feature a Loonie Auction during the two intermissions, with a chance to win some fabulous prizes donated by local businesses, while supporting live theatre!
There will also be live music, featuring Emerson Marcy (guitarist) and Shannah Marcy (violinist), during the intermissions!
