The South Shore Players has been entertaining theatre goers in Lunenburg County since 1993. Along with live productions, we offer theatrical workshops throughout the year, youth theatre camps during the summer and strive to inspire a love of theatre among young and old alike. Newcomers are also always welcome. For us, it’s all about fun – for audiences, casts and crews.

Our season

Our December Holiday production is a must-see for hundreds of families. The Valentine’s Cabaret will warm your heart. Our Spring production draws audiences from near and far. Staged in alternating years, Locally Yours showcases the talents of Nova Scotian playwrights while our Family show is a shorter, family-oriented production offering a great way to introduce younger audiences to live theatre.
